Mr Slaters blog is called “Whale Oil Beef Hooked” (https://www.whaleoil.co.nz). It has recently won the Canon “Best Blog” award alongside other awards for “Best Blog”, even subsequent to “Dirty Politics” being published. Many sane and rational people have asked the question: How bad is it behind the veil? Who is doing what? How high does it go?

This is what I will be covering in a series of blog posts here. I came as close as it is possible to come to these “Dirty Politics” operators and have rigourously documented every single conversation, email and Threema (Swiss encrypted messaging platform used by spooks, politicians and journalists) messages.

Today, you will see what happens behind closed doors, in encrypted messages, in bars and park benches. You will make your own mind up about my motives. You won’t be able to ignore the evidence.

It's simply not possible to be as naive as he presents himself as being while he's discussing mob-style initiations into inner groups with Slater and pseudonyms over encrypted chat lines and meeting on park benches with undercover police. Maybe if you're an accountant or something, but not someone who claims their core skill is in manipulating others.

I've never seen such an obvious producer intervention on live TV. Did you hear what he was saying before the segment started? "On a scale of 1 - 10, how crazy are they?'. Then the end comes along and that ^^ happens and you're left feeling like you've watched two different shows.

more to the point, why do they have a statue of Ray Romano from the film Ice Age (2002), Ice Age: The Meltdown (2006), Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs (2009) and Ice Age: Continental Drift (2012) lurking in the background?

In one of the articles on them they talk about how they don't watch many movies, but apparently they do watch a few and they really liked Ice Age. That's not really a good explanation for having a giant statue of the character though.

I went to visit that place on a university field trip (Canterbury). It was interesting, they all had waterbeds and they fed us beef stroganoff. I have pictures of them doing an arctic themed show and I'm pretty sure it included that mammoth thing, but they're on an ancient phone and I can't get them off.

Ha I did that paper too, the one on closed communities?

I wonder if that trip will keep going after all this. But yeah interesting place (even if you are just getting a tour). The blue clothes are because they bought an old shipment of men's US navy uniforms back in the day.

Had a nice conversation after dinner with someone who then let me know I was going to hell haha.

Yes, because it sounds smaller to say 6 x 2.9 than 20, even though $17.6b is fairly close to $20b anyway (and the latter figure is probably rounded up).

Well 2.9 is a LOT smaller than 20, and since we know that this is a Bad Number, a smaller Bad Number is a better Bad Number.
