And it was in the first video, when we first arrived at Rhonda's garage, where the group was attacked by a zombie (a zombified ZDC agent no less!) who had an active chip implanted. Clearly there is something up with those things.

The way I see it there are two explanations.
1) Anyone who is chipped now, is chipped because they got bit. The Government/Big Pharma/The Real Villain can turn off the zombrex flow remotely, so these people who believed themselves safe are now ticking time bombs. Turn off a handful of chips in a populated area, outbreak occurs, apply cleansing fire until no more zombies. Sweep any undesirables away as "unfortunate casualties"

2) The same drugs that can heal, can harm. IIRC the zombrex was created from the same wasps that infect people and turn them into zombies. So, in a way, Zombrex is kind of like a vaccine, in that a little bit gets your system used to this invading pathogen and you live normally. Except that you need regular boosters, or you will turn. Now, I don't think any of the games have covered what happens if you take too much zombrex. It's a mechanic from the last few games that infected people need doses every 6-12-24 hours. But what happens if you double dose? Is it like antibiotics where taking more than the recommended dose can lead to stronger bacteria/less effective drugs in a big picture way? Or is it more acute where an extra dose might overwrite the good parts of the drug an turn you faster? Maybe the chips are not one size fits all.

Considering they're comically evil enough to kill millions just to get a few more queens for their super drug, this is almost assuredly the case.

I think it's addressed somewhere else but taking zombrex before the narrow 1 hour window 23 hours after your last dose is fatal, Missing that 1 hour window means you immediately turn into a zombie. And if you do then, welp, Phenotrans just got some more queens for their vaccine mills :eng101:

I've been sitting here for 5 mins trying to think of a joke to make but I just realised the animators of Mass Effect already did it for me

I just want to say that when I did Hunter's DLC, that boss with the hammer was much easier when I laid down a Freedom Bear before hand. It took out both his friends and helped stagger him.

I'm a very lonely man, doing what I can.
Having the bosses represent the seven deadly sins sounds like a good but simple way of structuring them. It provides a good base, but the concept behind the sins, at least a few of them, are actually kind of generic. Like, wrath and greed seem to be universal to the nature of the game. Without having been told that Mr. Kung Fu represented wrath, I would have never figured out he was supposed to be representative of the specific sin of wrath. Of course this depends on how more evident the traits are in later bosses.

Though, I'm a little upset that the doctor wasn't greedy to not die.

It's not what it looks like.
The psychopath deaths are getting more and more absurd, which I guess is a good thing.

I hadn't quite clued into the Seven Deadly Sins angle, but I guess we've only seen two psychopaths from that set so far.

My first time through the game, I didn't catch the deadly sins thing either, I saw it mentioned somewhere online and then it clicked. That being said, some of the ones we haven't seen yet are waaaayyyy more obvious than the two we have seen.

Having not seen any of the game outside of what the LP has shown, I'm going to guess Gluttony and Lust.

Lust actually confused some people, because there's a red herring thrown at you first before the real Lust shows up.

Sloth and Gluttony are blindingly obvious though.

The fun thing with terms of venery (AKA collective nouns) is that there's not really "official" ones. The correct terms are simply whatever you can convince the general populace to use, so if you like something, just start using it and hope that it catches on. :)

That being said, I'm partial to a murder of grenade launchers, or an explosion of grenade launchers.

It seems that if it doesn't hit a target and lands far enough away from Nick, it won't blow up. Probably to save resources or something.
