i think for me octopussy is fun because it so perfectly encapsulates a period. it's not a good movie, by any means, but i can just get lost in how silly it is. i wasn't able to turn my brain off in that way for skyfall because it kept constantly badgering me to pay more attention to it. again, as i noted if you like it i am fine with that, i just didn't.
