No. At least not according to all the people who are pissed that they can't run it locally.

All the unit data is stored on the server. Which is a smart and easy way to do it from a dev perspective and a real lovely way to do it from a user perspective.

I just bought a 2nd hand Yu-Jing army, since I was meaning to go them once their new sectorial comes out anyways. Probably didn't save a lot of cash, but most of the models come pre-assembled, which is probably the hardest part for me to get through since I always manage to gently caress up something.

Anyways I'm currently getting this:
- Yu Jing Starter
- Tiger Soldier
- Sun Tze BS
- Domaru "Neko"
- Doctor/Engineer
- Ninja Sniper Rifle (Painetd)
- Ninja Oniwaban (Painted)
- Yan Huo Invincible 2 ML (Painted)
- Hac Tao HMG (Painted)
- Zuyong Invincible HMG (Painted)
- Imperial Agent Pheasant Rank, Mono CCW
- Imperial Agents, Crane Rank MR, Mono CCW
- Immediate Action Remote (I'm thinking this is actually a Su Jian)

and was thinking of adding on a few extra things:
-HMG Hsien
-Guilang
-Spec Op
-MR Daofei

Anything else missing here? I think I may need a pack of Celestial Guards to fill out cheaper support roles.

Pierzak

Be aware that Celestials are AVA 2 in vanilla. If you just need cheap grunts Keisotsu would be better (or Zhanshi since you're getting the vanilla starter anyway?). If you want Celestials be aware that the most fielded combo in vanilla lists is hacker + KSCD + a box of Kuang Shi (the other cheap order option). If you don't want to get Kuang Shis the starter box Celestial is a good hacker proxy, just glue an old-style hacking holo to his pointing finger :v:

After the grunts, I'd really recommend some drones. Yaokongs find their way in most of my lists, and Yaoxie specialist drones are excellent hunters. And yeah, the Immediate Action Unit is a Su Jian (it's not a remote BTW, but a HI, so you won't be able to put some all Supportware on it), check if you're getting both forms and if it's assembled well for gently caress's sake don't take it apart it's a bitch to put together.

ed: Oh, you haven't decided on the bottom list? In that case:
- Guilang is a must
- Hsien is so-so, good but expensive, if you can grab the Yaoxie box instead
- Guifeng (Spec-Op) - only if your meta plays Spec-Ops or you need weapons for conversion
- Daofei is good, if you want more just remember that a BS Daofei can be made via a simple HMG-Dao/BW-Wuming arm swap.
- check if the doc/engineer pair is a support box or just these two, if they're lacking helperbots (Yaozao) get some, they used to be sold in separate blisters.

Thanks, forgot to check the AVA of the Celestials.

The Docs a Tokusetsu Butai, so may have to shell out for the support pack.

May grab two Guilang (though not keen on a SR on them), and yeah Spec Op would probably only be for Spec Op tournies.

Which one's the YaoXie? Is that the Baos?

And yeah, as always, drones will be a must.

There's so much MSV in Yu-Jing, though those really seems like the most cost effective ones.

OTOH, they're the only source of MSV in JSA :japan:

And MSV1, HFT, mk12, holo1 to pretend to be a harmless baggagebot that tends to pour napalm on any AD that tries to exploit a suspicious hole in your DZ, and holo2 for pseudo-first strike and feeding to mines/koalas is amazing value for 22 pts.

Me or Three? I posted yesterday. :v: but i've been super busy and Infinity has kind of fallen off my radar outside of our bi-weekly gaming sessions atm, so I haven't been as motivated to post about it.

Is true on Mulebots too, they should be waddling their fat asses up there. The scenarios we've been playing tend to be the BTV ones and those type of order lackey REMs become a bit of a liability if you get command token starved on round one. It's tricky.
