Anyone recognise the music at around 7:45 in this? (Drums + percussion.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0JkRj7-e_8 Sounds like Liquid Liquid to me, but a cursory trawl through Spotify doesn't produce it.

I've been trying to come up with the name of this electro-industrial goth type band for a few days with no luck, it's a European duo with a female singer and a dude on music/programming. They have a song with a chorus that goes something like "here I stand and here I am."

Anyone have any idea what the piece in this video is? I was walking through an airport and this guy sat down and just killed it on a piano they had set up. Would love to know what this is. https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/share/4Y8Nb5i05961A_1QG16fetVZIfIjB14mKW_jDTaSahY?ref_=cd_share_link_copy_flash

Thanks for the guesses though. mintskoal posted:Anyone have any idea what the piece in this video is? There's this version of La vie en rose I've been trying to find a copy of after hearing it on the radio recently. It was sung by a female singer with a British accent and the instrumentation was mainly played on a piano but parts of the song also featured an accordion and lightly strummed guitar playing. The main interesting thing about the version was that it was essentially divided into two halves: in the first the song was performed in French and then in the second half the verses were repeated in English. Does anyone know any versions of the song which resemble this description?

All I can remember from a song is a few lyrics: "Hooooold on, I've got that loving, that loving, that loving" If it helps any, I'm pretty sure this song actually received a bit of radio time a few years ago since I always heard it playing from work vehicles which only have AM/FM radios. Either my coworkers like oldies stations or it's a relatively modern song. I'm not sure what genre the song would be, but I think it would be best described as disco.

Lyrics "We have a difference of opinion. You are poo poo. That is all." I think the album cover might be of, like that ceiling cat image, but instead of a cat, it's a man poking his head through the ceiling. The genre is post punk or similar. Please help

Polish? Russian? https://clyp.it/rjriyd5i Pweller fucked around with this message at 16:31 on Apr 28, 2015 |

Pandora used to send me a song that was so ridiculous I just had to love it. It was a kind of techno-y thing with a guy singing in a sort of Russian accent. It was about cosmonauts. The closest I remember to the lyrics went something like "I am the cosmonaut/I'm in the rocket (rocking?) spot/I'm going to take a chance on the big time." A chorus of women sometimes repeated it. Google lyric searches haven't turned it up and Pandora hasn't thrown it at me for a while. In my infinite wisdom I managed to forget which station it was on and what it was called.

I don't actually remember much about the song itself, but I'm trying to find it based on the music video. The artist was a black man, possibly overweight, and he spends the entire video singing about/to a white woman wearing lipstick. At one point she's looking out a window while he's on a city street. Edit: More details. The woman was blonde, he might not have been stalking her the whole song I don't remember the end of it; and I think it was from the late 90s or 2000s, but it could have also been modern or from the 80s. I think the video was set during the day or at dawn/dusk, not at night. Jewel Repetition fucked around with this message at 22:39 on May 9, 2015 |

I'm looking for a 90s RnB song by a woman that starts with a piano playing flowing triplets descending across the piano. Any ideas?

I'm trying to piss off a co-worker (a noble intention) and I remembered a technoey/alternativey song from maybe 2008-09 (possibly older) that featured a female vocalist with a godawful (and LOUD) horse neighing sound that was just plastered into the song at random points. Not sure if anyone knows the song, but I figure this is probably the only place I can ask such a vague and stupid question. Basicaly imagine this over the top of bad techno https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D0nCnS-UJLs

As much as I hate those lovely 90s braids, Alicia Keys is my dream girl. Now that she's past all that trendy stuff and can let her talent shine, I bet the next album with Pharell is gonna be amazing.

Okay. I'm trying to remember this French song for personal family reasons (it involves something someone wants played). It's a marching song, I have no idea if it has lyrics. I am pretty sure it starts with an M, and is something like "Le Marganot" or something. It is NOT La Marseille, the French national anthem, nor is it La Madelon.

Curiously, I'm also looking for a French song, though definitely not the same one. I overheard this at a restaurant and I know I've heard it before a few times. It could be from a movie perhaps. It's an RnB song from what sounded like a group of male singers. It sounded very cheesy 90's-ish or maybe like something Boyz II Men could have made. My guess would be that it's from the late 90s or early 00s and I'm reasonably sure it was somewhat of a big hit when it came out. Basically I'm asking for ideas for what might have been the biggest French RnB hits of the early 00s.
