how silly and disingenuous, chrome not letting non-store extensions install isn't a question of stability, it's a policy and product decision that probably won't be reversed regardless of if it's beta software or not

for windows. for os x and linux it started with this dev release and theyve said it will go stable in the usual timeframe so six more months
