if edge has a decent plugin api it might be worth using actually i'd trust ms not to """accidentally""" break ad blocking or tracker blocking a lot more than a literal ad company lol the modern internet is a toxic hellscape (also because it contains my posting), a gas mask is not optional and hasn't been optional for a while.
