Yeah, as I said at the time and since then, I didn't exactly think things though. It's a been a big lovely regret since it happened.

I was going though a bit of a lovely time too which I've no wish to get into on here either but some people are aware I've spent 9 month in prison too. I had some poo poo to get sorted and my head wasn't in the right place. It was a great wake up call though and let me get a lot of poo poo in order.

I hardly play any games anymore to be quite honest, I've got other priority's but it is nice to log in sometimes and just dick about. I was hoping eventually I'd not need to "restart" though and that simply showing that I'm in a much better place now would allow to me take the more "honest" option of bearing the bullshit I started and accepting responsibility rather than trying to "hide" it by restarting/getting a new character etc.

Shortly after that he went to the Nulli poo poo tier team, then went to BNI before being purged, then tried to use Groon to not be on the CFCs bad side (I recall him trying to rat in Deklein or Venal and getting dumpstered), then tried to get back into the CFC through Fweddit before being purged, and then went back to the boonies.

I was having the exact same issues, and I'd never done anything with goonfleet before. Once you complete the app, it appears you get forum access from the member group but can't actually see any of the fourms.

Once Vyst actually manually approves you, you'll get added to the proper group, be able to see the forums, the ESA page etc.

I emailed newbies@goonfleet as well, and got a response about being impatient. :saddowns:

You can, in a way. If you look at what other people are looking at, or maybe searching, you can access some of the threads in the forum (Little Bees) it says you should be able to view.

Right click -> Repackage -> Sell

If you're dead-set on flying it, you want at least one T2 EM rig, and I wouldn't bother with the cap safeguard. Either EM/Therm/Solidifier, or EM/Solidifier/Metastasis. Also upgrade the AB, a Gistii B-Type will add like 250m/s for 25m isk.

Yeah pookie wanted me to fly something a bit more hardcore to pair up with his worm. As I lack Gallente Frig V, I decided to continue with my Laser PVP theme. It's going to be used almost entirely for duoing. I've found that the damage application is a bit crummy. In a fight with an dual-rep injected enyo I ended up turning off my AB just to stop missing.

Problem being the succubus is pretty much trash. It's fast with a tiny sig ya and hits hard (if it hits ever), but it cannot apply damage at all, you completely outtrack your guns always, because you have no tracking speed bonus to go with the AB speed bonus.

I bought like 5 succubi and fitted them out for like 70-100m each, and I was pretty disappointed with how it handled in fights. Maybe it's because of where I was picking fights (around Old Man Star etc) but all I ran into was either gangs of brawlers with links, or deadspace MWD kiting Imperial Slicers with polarized ~~beams~~ pulses + scorch and overheated points.

Especially the slicers pissed me off, because they could engage me at 20km and keep a point on me and my pulses only went out to 8-10km, even with scorch.

I guess with the big tank that I have I don't really need to orbit and speed tank. I can just keep at range. I'll definitely swap in the TE.

(and it's not as if I'm totally green at eve pvp, it's just that most of my pvp experience is in the type of fights that are over before they begin, such as a ribeye-style sabre "fight", in which the skill is more in choosing targets and decloaking guys, then hitting approach + blast against a hilarious overmatched tech i frigate, covops, or hauler and turning your attention to your scout's dscan.)

I had better luck with the cruor. You still have to be close, so I'd orbit a fw pin so I could be right on top of them. Have to pick your fights a little bit, but it's fun to fly around. I think it got a change to the web bonus from range to effectiveness, which I liked for what I was doing anyways.

I sent an in-game app ~2 days in thinking it might be the required next step and when it got denied without explanation that pretty much told me to stop poking at stuff and wait for someone to get back to me.

In less me-centric news, has exploration been buffed? Maybe I got lucky but I'm not sure if the 80mil hour average I've been pulling is representative for random nullsec putzing around in a covops.
