Lol on the old episode I'm listening to right now Richard just told everyone that at the 2013 Xmas party Wolfie was going around with a tape recorder trying to interview everyone even though no one wanted to be bothered. Richard ended up going into the bathroom to try to get away from Wolfie and Wolfie sticks his tape recorder down by Richards penis to "interview his dick" so Richard turns a bit and pisses all over Wolfie's hands... And he liked it

I don't know if you guys know about newsgroups, but some kind soul just put up something in the stern newsgroup called Howard Stern Channel 9 Shows and it's 30GB! :filez: so no details, but uhh, as far as I know, those are not available ANYWHERE and knowing Howard he wants to sweep it under the rug because it isn't really that politically correct.

I remember being a kid and staying up and watching that show thinking it was some dirty little secret and amazed it was on free TV. One night, I remember the signal got hacked or something and they accidentally played some porn, with nudity, and to a kid without the internet and no cable TV that was pretty much my "found porn mags in the woods".

:psyduck: why is it 30 gigs? What genius tried to remaster that series.

They're all on Youtube, just for what it's worth and they've been up for years. It's really shocking how little Howard protects his content on Youtube and whatnot but I guess he just figures it's not worth the hassle.

How do you do, fellow Regis?
They have been on torrent sites for a few years now as well.

Since HTV ended there has been pretty much zero effort to get any of his copyrighted material offline. Another sign that he is retiring this year and has ceasesed to care. The Channel 9 stuff is understandable as he is at odds with whoever owns it, but you think he would try and make some money off a HTV collection on DVD or online.

I don't know, considering the sheer amount of commercials on the radio shows that get uploaded to youtube, I suspect he might be putting them up himself or at least getting something off the backend.

I bought all of the Howard Stern pay per views on VHS bootlegs from Blackest Heart Media back in the pre-YouTube days. And MegaCon always had a dude with the Channel 9 shows on DVD bootleg. I'm glad I didn't drop the 60 bucks.

Yeah the Channel 9 stuff is owned by WWOR and they have been at odds with Howard for years over them. It is a shame because they are quality stuff. Stern with Bob Hope makes me die.

Episode 76 – Artie with Stuttering John, Rev Bob Levy & Bocchetti - May 14, 2015

Jesus, Bob and John are such lovely hacks. Artie is being oddly nice to them, he calls them out on their "stories" being bits and also not being funny, but he really seems to carry them all the time. He does this a lot, I don't get it. Must be some therapy thing.

Bob Levy did get hosed pretty bad a few years ago by the classic rock station up here, PYX 106. They had him on the morning show but never gave him a contract (and kept promising he'd eventually be offered one). Then after he got a house and moved his family up here they cut his rear end loose. Guess a dummy like Levy would make those kind of moves without an ironclad contract in place. Even I know how notoriously sleazy everyone in radio is. And yeah, guy is beyond hacky. When you're doing standup regularly in fire houses, your career is pretty much nonexistent.

John is the one who I think has the shittiest post-Stern life. Jackie and Artie have money, the TV guys have skills, most of the interns moved on quickly after a semester or were always losers like Grillo, Ralph sucks Howard's tit, but John alone was the Hero of the Stupid. He had a major label record contract, was on MTV, appeared as a late night guest, 'starred' in a reality show, had his own radio show after Howard, made a killing in the stock market, spent his weekends partying with Jackie, etc. Now he's a bloated, middle-aged drunk in an apartment and Suzanner took all his Leno money. It has to be sad to 'peak' in life before you're 30.

John literally complained about somebody stealing his material and turning it into a meme and taking it away from him. He also bragged about having sex with waitresses now that he isn't married, then tried to explain away his day drinking to a man who nearly died from addiction via suicide. It's a train wreck of an episode.

Been going through the Sal packs, have a much better appreciation for him than previously. Also there is no loving way he passed a Series 7 much less with an 86. You get the feeling like he would have been in the background of that scene in The Sopranos where Chris is overseeing that pump-and-dump operation, right up to the Asian guy taking the test for Sal.

Yup, there are documents on TheSmokingGun.com (remember that site?) that prove that Sal's employers "in the stock market" were pure boiler room operations.
