Notably, northern Venal is poo poo, as is basically all of Great Wildlands. Outer Ring is pretty awful logistically but it does have OK stations and LP. Syndicate has a good layout and stations but its LP is loving worthless, so the worthwhile NPC agents aren't. You missed 2 of the better NPC pockets - Fountain and Pure Blind, both of which have great LP targets. You also missed Stain existing. This still doesn't change the fact that the deep southwest, northwest, deep southeast, and the entire drone regions in the northeast have no NPC space. Lots of regions have no pockets of NPC space, and even more space has no NPC space that is useful in having stations with profitable agents. Pure Blind, part of Venal, Fountain, Delve, Curse, and Stain have worthwhile LP, while lots of other parts of space have poo poo LP, or no stations.

Was on my bank guy in Jita and happened to log in at the right time, just as some kid in caldari provisions started whining about getting blown up. The gist of it is that he killed some guy in Jita yesterday and didn't understand how kill rights work before undocking in a faction battleship today. This game just makes me so happy sometimes.

For example, as far as I know just to join Sniggwaffe, not even Sniggardly itself, you have to have an income source totally separate from that pilot Enough to fly any kind of expensive doctrine they come up with.

Pretty much, if you are lazy and don't have access to afktar lands you do level 4 missions in highsec for 30m an hour. If you are less lazy you do incursions for 100m. Doing it on an alt is a necessity because of wardecs, sec status and deployments.
