I used windows 8 for 30 seconds yesterday and it was really slow and bad even on a brand new computer. also the whole reason I even touched the computer is my roommate doesn't know the difference between skype the program and skype.com the webpage. lmao

It's not the policy itself that's weird, but its phrasing. You have to ENABLE the setting to disable password changes and vice-versa because why should group policy be straightforward and consistent?
