Literature is not exhaustible, for the sufficient and simple reason that no single book is. A book is not an isolated being: it is a relationship, an axis of innumerable relationships.
if there's one thing libertarians are terrible at it's context

in their minds everything has an absolute meaning with one possible interpretation under all circumstances (re: "A=A") and the ability of law enforcement to interpret the law to cover new methods of breaking it confuses and annoys them

basically libertarians are all ten year old boys doing the "i'm not touching you!" game and wondering why their mother is telling them to stop

he won't really go to a supermax will he?

I mean at least put him somewhere that he can be some use like teaching GED classes to people who will be released someday

is that a thing that can even happen? I don't know a lot about prison life except from what I learned from the HBO documentary series Oz.

Someone earlier mentioned all prisoners that get lwop automatically go to maximum security or something. I don't know if its true and can't find a source but it would make some sense because those prisoners really have nothing to lose anymore.

ross is on record discussing prison breakout strategies for when/if he is sent to prison (musing about buying a helicopter charter company that he would use to fly him to freedom if he ever got sent up the river), so the Feds have some pretty solid ground for sending him to a never-see-sunlight supermax facility.

oh come on

he would have to have a shitload of secret bitcoins somewhere and hire some mercenaries from africa or something because no charter company pilot is going to fly to a prison to effect an escape. also they would all probably be shot to death very early in the attempt.

e: yes I just listened to the mercenary episode of snap judgement
