Whelp, here is it ladys (heh yeah right) and goons -- The Furger First off it requires a trip to the market because unlike some savages I know, I like to buy everything fresh rather than "stock my larder". Nice reusable bag (and watch do you see that?? Thats $400 dollars ho! [just kidding I got it from amazon for some reason they love to jack the prices of watches waaaay up and sell them for reasonable prices claiming like 60-90% off!]) I rock the reusable bags because I am green and also because they outlawed plastic in LA but I think it got overturned recently. Here is everything you need for a successful Furger. You'll note the lime and cilantro (for a "latin" kick!) Here is my fish, I went with tilapia because it is a delicious light fish and but also a scrub tier just like all you furger haters. I wasnt realy sure how to get it ground because I dont own a grinder -- well not for food that is -- so i went with my trusty sashimi cutter. anywho: here is the fish ready to meet it friends; the rest of the furger. startin to look goooooood some serious restaurant level poo poo just like the one Fetus Tree was talking about Furger on the top, regular burg on the bottom cause I figured the missus nooner with her plebeian palate would not be able to fuller appreciate this culinary masterpiece. Out to the Grill! ahh yeah look at those bad bois. Furgers on the left side Oh btw, here is this cute lil nooner's posting station: p. nice right? Love soaking up that Cali sun while I post with my friends Cheese on we're almost there!!! What kind of toping do you need? Nothing more than dis well i like a lil red onion also Time to kick back and enjoy that delicious furg. Bonjour!!

Here was tonight's burg. Kept it simple with the beef. Just grass fed beef, salt and pepper on the outside. Aged cheddar, onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, Dijon, little BBQ sauce. Super good.

Had good burgers with bae today in Hakodate at Lucky Pierrot which is my favourite Japanese burger chain as of now. I had the Chinese chicken burger and she got the bacon and egg burger. Not pictured were the chips which had liquid cheese and curry sauce on them and loving ruled. The Chinese chicken burger was some next level poo poo and I don't care if you think it wasn't a burger.
