Yeah, the scroll for the Dynamo Roller is in the final boss fight; this unlocks both versions of it, with the gold one having a near(?)-max level before it appears in the store. The amiibos only unlock reskins of the standard weapons, with the charger and roller versions being the ones you use throughout the amiibo challenges themselves.

You get the schematics for the golden roller in the normal boss fight, the boy amiibo give you the hero roller.

It's a fool's errand, but I'm on a mission to make myself decent with the Rapid Blaster. As far as I can tell, you pretty much need to treat it like a sniper; kite around people to pick them off, paint over what you can from your perch, and get brutally owned if someone closes the gap. It actually paints pretty quickly, and has great range. The tough part is just spacing. Painting a bit around corners is a huge bonus, though.

Are people still complaining about the Aerospray? It looks like the Ranked meta has shifted to medium-long range weapons at this point. I saw more Chargers then Aerosprays while playing last night, and for the most part they were much more effective.

I completed all the charger amiibo challenges today, and I was so sad to learn that the reward for the final boss fight was just a repainted charger. Come on! All that work and I don't get anything shiny and new?!
