Is that Steve Blum voicing Ryu during his taunts and victory screen but grunts and attacks left in Japanese? I haven't played Street Fighter since II on SNES. It confuses my friend that Marth and Roy speak Japanese but Robin/Lucina/Ike don't.

Ike got buffed, Captain Falcon's up air got nerfed, diddy's up air got nerfed again, Charizard got buffed in that his up throw is now a kill throw and his down throw is now a combo throw. Mr. Game & Watch's down tilt has more knockback so its actually safe on hit. There's some other minor stuff here and there but that's the stuff I remember that I care about. DK's cargo throws do more damage.

Her N-Air also has been tweaked; front hits now do 2% and back hits do 1%, reversed from before. It might be more effective at scooping up small characters, too.
