you can even see the handicap rails to the side of the toilet, its definitely a call button. in the UK most toilets use that type of alarm now, they used to use pullcords but i guess people kept using them thinking they were the lights or something.

Looks like what you see in any welder's shop. The stick figure on the left looks like a welding rod, which can give off some preeeettyy nasty fumes.

Source: my dad's friend is a welder and worked with a guy who lost a lung because he was using some broken rear end equipment (respirator) and inhaled a good bit of the fumes.

I used to work with the police and one of them in my office told me a story. He had arrived at a public park somewhere and there was a dump truck parked there, with what looked like a guy working under the rear tray.
