Looks like we're getting some nice plot pages, or pretty splash pages at least. The front page has updated to say there'll be 4 new strips put up at the same time in the next couple of days. I wonder if Carrot is going to shine now? Cucumber Quest hasn't seemed like such a pessimistic comic so far, so it'd be strange to hit reality home with "some people are just cowards" - I'm expecting a moment of glory!

Those 4 pages were certainly worth the wait.

Well, he's been in the "Carrot is useless" zone for most of the story, and it's been especially highlighted several times throughout the chapter. This most recent failing is just him finally hitting rock bottom, which seems like an appropriate point for him to begin to bounce back.
