He actually said 47 million people want free stuff but I'm assuming he meant the 47% Romney comment from the last election. I don't think even he knows what he's talking about. I've never seen him watch Fox News and I know he doesn't consume much if any RWM, so I dunno where he gets his views from really.

Well if he's patriotic at all, let him know about how Bernie Sanders actually supports our troops. He's the only socialist to win a congressional award from the veterans for foreign affairs, due to his work for the VA. He managed to get a lot of health care reform done and make the system a hell of a lot easier to use. I was able to register at a new VA hospital and get an appointment for that day in under 30 minutes! Now I'm not saying it's perfect but the legislation he's managed to pass has really done a lot to streamline the process.
