Yet where is that woman now? Tell me, in what heave does she reside? None of them. Because no God bothered to listen or care. If that is what you think it means to be a God, then you and all your teachings are welcome to do as that poor women did. And vanish from these realms forever.

Has anyone ever heard of Dark Legacy? It's apparently an attempt at a card game / RPG mashup and I'm seeing recommendations for it that have me curious, though I doubt its something for me personally.

Mind flay the gap.
It's been a good couple weeks for kickstarter fulfillment for me - first I got the pdfs for No Soul Left Behind and it's just as sharp and funny as I had hoped. While "supervillains trying to save a school" is not exactly a saturated genre, it's just fun to read and has some very nice nods to the Actual Play on RPPR that went with it.

And this morning the pdfs went out for the Dracula Dossier, both the Director's Handbook and the Dracula Unredacted, complete with the footnotes. Just looking at the table of contents and the index for the Director's Handbook - this thing is an absolute monster. It is like a huge vampire and weird history buffet.

So, the Thin Blue Line kickstarter is four days from completion and we're still, like, 1,800 dollars shy. I'm not sure we'll fund at this point, but we're pushing media for it right until the bitter end. If you're on the fence, or have friends on the fence, check out these interviews and podcasts where John and I talk about how rad the game is.

I somehow managed to miss this until just before it's finished. Cubicle 7 have a kickstarter for a sequel to their WW2 Cthulhu setting, this time set in the Cold War period.

There are a number of supplements coming for it and while I don't think it's going to blow up and hit as many as they had planned, it's already got a lot of material coming out.

It's a general rule (borne out in my experience) that you get about as much in the last two days as you did in the first two days, so I reckon you've got a pretty great chance of crossing that line still. Sounds like you're doing everything you can to make that happen too!

It's surprisingly hard to find dry-erase index cards anymore. I lucked out and was able to grab a pack of 50 off Amazon before they apparently stopped being made, but the only other people I've been able to find that sell completely blank ones are All Rolled Up. They sell index-card sized packs of ten for about $2.50 US, and a set of five larger ones for about $3.

Let's see, for $30 I can get one pack of the Fate Accompli that are really only useful for Fate, or I could get two packs of small cards (20 cards), two packs of large cards (10 cards), a jumbo clear card box ($1), and a Noteboard ($13.50) for about the same cost with shipping and the added bonus that the second set can be used for any game.

Less wasteful, and it's easier to alter just parts of the info on the cards. I use them as zone maps, and it's nice to be able to just wipe away a line or doodle instead of erasing things or crossing them out.
