You've got a bad case of sink owls. Once you've got 'em, there's not much you can do. Some folks try fumigating, but it doesn't get rid of the eggs. If you can't learn to live with 'em, then you'd best move away.

Holy poo poo that's great. The fact that they didn't tell him beforehand just makes it better. It reminds me a little of when I first got glasses and then contact lenses and just spent ages going "WHOA THE WORLD IS BEAUTIFUL" and "DO YOU MEAN THIS IS HOW EVERYONE SEES THE WORLD ALL THE TIME???" but it must be so much more intense than that was.

Ages ago someone put up the link for the Tiny Kittens livestream, and I've been following it for weeks. The original kittens have been adopted out, I think, but four other kittens were introduced a few weeks ago. It's those four that I check in with to see every day.

Anyway, they have a pretty good selection of toys that the shelter rotates, and some they love more than others, including what looks like a felt flower pot, a castle made out of cardboard, and a tiny camping tent:

The cats are out on the west coast of Canada, I think, so 8 hours behind where I am, so I'd check them out before I went to bed, and they were the most bonkers. When both sets were in that little space it was fantastic. They'd all go bonkers at once, and as soon as the mother cat (to the original five) jumped in with them, they'd all pile on and plug in :3:
