The only reason I can think of for the video to have been doctored would be if he had called her the n-word or something in the time they papered over, but honestly if you're going to sit down and maliciously edit a video, you're going to do a little bit better than making a car disappear into the 40th dimension in the middle of your video.

The cop was already smart enough in this instance to take her off camera, so messing with the video stream is probably not going to really hide anything. It seems like the audio was fine which is really all there is to go on, anyway. Probably wasn't intentional tampering, in my opinion, but definitely still odd.

At the risk of starting a derail; Honest question what did she do that was an arrestable offense? She wasn't refusing the ticket or anything, she just refused to put her cigarette out. Is failing to obey every ancillary command by a cop a jailable offense? The guy never even told her why she was being arrested even after she kept yelling it at him, are cops required to tell you why you are under arrest?
