Yeah, Suna even said earlier on he rejects all the girls who go after him because they'd insult or make fun of Takeo. Saijou's probably one of the few girls aside from Yamato who he can be his normal self around due to that so he wanted to help her out. Great episode, everyone in this show is so good.

gently caress, this episode knocked it out of the loving park. I think this and Suna's dad episode were the strongest in the series. I had some problems getting through some of the earlier episodes, but now that Takeo's and Yamato's relationship has been set in stone, it gives an opportunity for all the other characters to bounce themselves off it.

This episode was honestly phenomenal. The atmosphere change and lighting during the classroom scene were beautiful, and the scene at the lockers at the very end made my heart soar. I hope Saijou sticks around. I like her.

24 episodes will most likely cover 6 out of the 7 volumes already released so there's not much more to adapt. E: I guess it's up to 9 now which you could probably get another 12 episodes out of but that's it.

Volume's 5 and 6 both have decent ending points I want to say. Volume 7 is a whole big arc if I'm counting my chapters correctly, which would take like 3 or 4 episodes.
