the specials are mostly just explanations of some of the science in the show. it's neat world-building but it's literally just a fictional science lesson, so if that sort of thing doesn't interest you then it's no loss.

if given the choice between making good games that don't make money and making bad games that don't make money I would generally pick the former semi-relatedly is there a good Crusader Kings type game based in feudal Japan, it seems like easy pickings for the genre
