Yeah, I wish we had The State over here (if we did, I don't know where/when it aired). I only found it about 8 years ago and loved it.

It's like a hitlist of LA comedians/CBB regulars doing standup so, yeah, worth checking out. Andy Daly read some Dalton Wilcox poetry, in costume, for the season premiere (Unfortunately the crowd had either heard it before or wasn't into it - thinking it was the latter.)

Slow catching up with CBB but man, the Jimmy Pardo and Wet Hot Summer ones were dullllllll. Tig and Stephanie ep was interesting, but not funny. I'm pinning all my hopes on Lapkus now. :ohdear:

The first 45 minutes of this episode have confirmed what I have thought for a while now.

While a funny guy with practical intelligence, Scott Aukerman does not have exceptional critical thinking skills.

I legit hate talk of inserting things into penises.. Just found that out today thanks to the ol' HeyDongMen.. That whole bit made my brain feel like I should dry heave but there wasn't enough actual physical revulsion to make that happen which is kinda worse in a way because there's no release or physical manifestation of that feeling anyways that's my words about today's ep, C+

I really love it when Scott gets as silly and ridiculous as he is in the first 45m of this ep.

Zouks: Remember when Vincent Gallo sold his semen on ebay?
Scott: Yeeeesss because *slurps* I bought it!

Giggles for a solid 15 seconds while Jason presumably stares in silence.

I've enjoyed them so far, although going from Reggie's opening theme to Cudi's opening theme has been a little weird.

Cudi definitely seems like he wants to be there and listens to direction, which is refreshing.

I'm not a fan of the updated theme song but I think cudi is better than reggie.

The most recent episode - Brie Larson - is really good throughout and has some great stuff from Cudi, particularly the musical scene. Well worth a watch.

I can never tell if he's making a ridiculous claim to shepherd the discussion along or if he just doesn't know a lot of facts (that aren't Hollywood Facts, or course).
