if you already have some hmg dudes the auto cannon is probably a better option, especially with the range changes to hmgs. I like all the above suggestions, though if expanding your horizons and avoiding crutches is part of your plan Chasseur would fit that bill. If you hate irmandinhos I would probably hold off buying them. No doubt just as you purchase them CB will announce a resculpt.

Question: Do you get both the benefit of Level 1 and 2 for Marksmanship, or do you choose? The wiki doesn't specify.

I know we had a delivery in today, so if your items haven't arrived today by coincidence, they'll arrive with us next Tuesday-Wednesday and be shipped out to you then. The 1-5 days is an estimate on our suppliers but it is dependent on availability from our supplier as well. Played my first game tonight with my CA, having to proxy my Imetrons and Ikadrons as they're not here this week but that was OK. Managed to put my buddy into LoL turn one with a Fraacta dropping in, capping two Deva and a Devabot with her Spitfire. You know, on reflection, playing the Armory scenario has made me rethink several units that I'd previously dismissed. Usually I play fairly open scenarios, but the Armory is so incredibly focused on a single location that troops which I'd call inefficient in most scenarios might actually shine when contesting the Armory. I starting thinking weird things like "wish I'd brought a Govad hacker" or "a Zhayedan would be great in this position." My opinion of Muyibs also rose dramatically. Dogged is much better when your opponent is forced to spend orders killing you outright, rather than just plinking you once and letting you bleed out quietly.

Yeah, Dogged is one of those really cool and sometimes clutch rules. I haven't really ever played with the skill but had played against it quite a bit but I had it come up today with my Unidrons where shoving one into Dogged actually made the difference in Supremacy. You're right on Armoury though, it's a bit of a weird lovely scenario until it's been played once or twice because it's so focused, which is what I think turns people away from it initially. Also Plasma Carbines are really cool and have made me quite excited to use Plasma Rifles. Pierzak, how often do you find yourself using the PSR or the ML Unidrons? they seem kind of cool with Enhanced Reaction on them as ARO pieces. The fact they're REM opens up some cool little things with them.

The old plasma rifles regularly bagged >100 points in the form of HI links or TAGs, especially with the circular template The new ones have a lot to live up to.  As for CA AD, I'm feeling a new appreciation for Rasyats, with Stealth shotguns and all.

It must be me but I was a little nonplussed when I read the Anathematic's rules, I think owning several Swiss Guard for years has spoiled me rotten. I need to re-read him I think. E: yeah I did I somehow missed the fact he had No Wound Incap as well, lol wtf E: I've started a series of monthly to bi monthly pocket pod tournaments at FSG and surprised how strong the reception has been for it. I've had it up for 8hrs and already slammed into 11 players.

Yeah it's the best descriptor I could think of basically. Especially in the morning. We're using the small 4 man ITS tournament codes and running several simultaneous two round 4 player tournaments with their own prize support pool per group. He idea is to get some organised play in a week evening with prize support.
