If I'm correctly remembering that pile of google-translated gibberish, the artist's description seemed to be something along the lines of "MacOS-tan vomited all over my Mario Paper OC and things spiraled from there" but at some point, trying to make sense of things becomes an exercise in futility. (...such as "why did two people independently come up with very similar wording to describe the same subject, almost simultaneously?" which is a question I've contemplated more than once after posting and refreshing a thread.)

God this is such a weird collection of characters. Felix the Cat, Woody Woodpecker and Chilly Willy I don't think had any new cartoons since before I was a kid, Then you have Bugs Bunny and Snoopy and Woodstock, who never really leave.
