Caruso has just been collared for EPO for a sample he provided in 2012. As the sample predates the UCI rules that 2 positives in a year cause a teams suspension, Katusha are still allowed to race.

The German Eurosport commentators are EXTREMELY negative. "I don't understand why the UCI let this happen", "it's incredible that ASO are willing to put their name on this", "maybe a lot of money changed hands" etc etc. The French former pro they have even said the UCI should tell Spanish race organizers in general to get their poo poo together. "This would never happen in France", lol

It is a bit of a poo poo track though and looks very amateur never mind for a race of this caliber.
