Homemade mayo, baby gherkin relish, ( sometimes homemade balsamic) ketchup, L&P, and cayenne are the main ingredients.

edit: Also, I don't care for sriracha. I think it's overused and it tends to dominate and muddy the flavor of whatever it's used in. I much prefer sambal oelek in any application where sriracha would be used. (Or angry lady chili crisp)

I did pickled onions on burgs a couple years ago and I regret nothing. In fact, I might do that again myself sometime soon.

Talking about them got me all hungry for em, so I cooked up some green chile cheeseburgers. The burgers were delicious, but the canned green chilies I got were like midwest-mild which was a huge dissapointment. :(

Canned chiles aren't jalapenos, they're...poo poo I don't know but they're a notch above bell pepper grade spicy. Find actual canned jalapenos next time. If you can find jarred and pickled nacho jalapenos you can dice those up and throw them in too.

I did pickled green apple on a burg a while back. The patty was 50/50 beef and pork.

It's about finding that next group of core players we can win with in the next 6, 8, 10 years. Let's face it, it's hard for 20-, 21-, 22-year-olds to lead an NHL team. Look at the playoffs.

Chipotles in adobo are good too. Not the same flavor necessarily, but they're good. They make a good mayo too.

The Problem Solver.
Went to a local burger place recently. Got the "Big C" which is essentially a quarter pound single patty Big Mac, or for a real throw back it's a bigger version of Hardee's Boss Burger they had in the late 90s/early 2000s. It came in a pretty Luigi wrapper and even though it looks messy and kinda gross it was fantastic. It was also cheap too thankfully.

Sambal rules, Sriracha rules.

Sambal doesn't blend as well in soups and sauces and its a lot more garlicky and less sweet than Sriracha. Sriracha blends well but is basically really hot Ketchup. They both have their place.

I put both in whenever possible

I like green chilies a lot better than jalapenos, the problem is the heat can vary a ton with them. :(

TJ's Burger house has a couple of open faced burgs.

Mine is their Open Faced Chili Cheese Burger
topped with meaty chili, melted cheddar cheese chopped fresh onions, side pickles

The lady had the Fried Onions Hickory (doubled, so two open faced patties covered vs a double stacked patty)
served open faced, over lettuce tomato, topped with cheese, bacon, bbq sauce and fried battered onion straws

I had really hoped this one was still on special when I went in:
