The Irish can't drink. What you always have to remember with the Irish is they get mean. Virtually every Irish I've known gets mean when he drinks.

Why? Perriman will be the most targeted player in a trestman offense?

I don't know that I'd call it a Trestman offense, given just how vocal everyone in Baltimore has been about continuity with Kubiak's system. Combined with no timetable for Perriman, plus my own doubts about CJA (possibly unfounded, but still) maintaining production like he did last year- I'm not saying Perriman is terrible or anything, but yeah, I'd much prefer Hillman.

I can't do it. I have 2 targets I NEED, might try to trade my 2nd and a later pick for a top of the second rounder, I would tell my targets, but one GOON is in the league!

e; lets just say I can't take my second guy at 5, too early, so really no point in the trade for me. Let someone else take the bait.

Beersheets have you ever tried to enter your rankings into FantasyPros ranking system or calculated your percent accuracy based on their formula?

Where are you guys drafting Davante Adams? 5-6th?

edit: Cobb is still listed as WR2 and Adams as WR3. I know Cobbs is a slot receiver...does that mean Adams is #1?

Debating dropping Kyle Rudolph or Martellus Bennett for Markus Wheaton. Any thoughts? I'm leaning towards dropping Marty or staying put.

Edit: I also have Perriman on my roster.

I'd stay put on this or drop perriman. You have two decent tight ends who could be used as trade chips later on.

Allllrighty then, my draft is on sunday and I've somehow got #1 pick (except its a snake draft so that kind of fucks me apart from being able to pick first.) If anyone wants to give me some advice on who to pick first, go nuts. Here's the fun part though:

Keepers. All these guys are keepers that are already locked down:

RB

Marshawn Lynch - Rd 2
Eddy Lacy - Rd 3
LeVeon Bell - Rd 3
CJ Spiller - Rd 10
DeMarco Murray - Rd 15
Joique Bell - Rd 16
Andre Ellington - Rd 17
LeGarrette Blount- Rd 17
Jeremy Hill - Rd 17
Latavious Murray- Rd 18
Justin Forsett - Rd 18
CJ Anderson - Rd 18

WR

Dez Bryant - Rd 4
Andre Johnson - Rd 4 (Mine)
Sammy Watkins - Rd 10
Brandin Cooks - Rd 10 (Mine)
Mike Evans - Rd 11
Antonio Brown - Rd 12
DeAndre Hopkins- Rd 13
Odell Beckham Jr- Rd 16
Jeremy Maclin - Rd 16 (Mine)
Julian Edelman - Rd 17
Anquan Boldin - Rd 18
Jordan Matthews- Rd 18

QB

Russell Wilson - Rd 6
Andrew Luck - Rd 8
Ryan Tannehill - Rd 9
Eli Manning - Rd 15 (Mine)
Cam Newton - Rd 16
Sam Bradford - Rd 18

TE

Jordan Cameron - Rd 10
Rob Gronkowski - Rd 14

So a lot of great guys are gone already. Who would you suggest I take, Peterson? Jamaal Charles? Someone else?

1 PPR, 6 for Passing Touchdowns.
2QB, 3WR, 2RB, 1TE, 1 WR/RB, 2 WR/RB/TE, 1K, 1DEF, 5 BN

You don't need 2 TEs right now. Drop Rudolph. Every year is his break-out year which never happens. You can pick him up later in the season during Bennett's bye-week.

Perriman is going to be this year's Odell Beckham. I mean yeah he might not end up being as spectacularly talented, but he's an elite young talent who will be the #1 guy in that offense by midseason.

Stash Gurley until he's 100%, which might not be till midseason.

Wait on Yeldon until we see if the Jags offense has a pulse or not.

Thanks for the hot take, caller, but last I checked he's loving 6'2", 212 pound WR who runs a 4.26 40-yard dash and has a 36.5" vertical jump.

Yes he has a bit of the dropsies, but so did Kelvin Benjamin last year, and volume alone was enough to power Benjamin to a huge season. Perriman will also be force-fed the ball a shitload in that offense once Steve Smith turns back into ash and dust in October, because they have literally nothing else going on.

Unless he is like a Darrius Heyward-Bey level stone handed bust, he will be fine.

My first ever live draft and I feel like I did way better than any online one I've done previously.

WR/WR/RB/RB/Flex with .5 PPR, 10 player snake draft, I had first pick

Winston kindof a 'lol' pick and both my K and DEF could probably be better but I didn't really spend much time thinking about either.

Wasn't he not very highly touted, then had a great combine, then started getting talked up as a first rounder, while fans including people here prayed their team didn't reach to take him in the first? Pretty sure at the time he was considered a bit of a reach due to combine numbers having too much weight. In any case, raw, not good at route running, drops a lot of balls, loses focus. That doesn't sound like OBJ at all, to be fair. Edit: Just to be clear, I think he's got a good shot to be fantasy relevant too, exactly because he's got Steve Smith and that's it to beat out for targets. But I'm also expecting him to be pretty inefficient, so if he doesn't get a ton of volume for whatever reason (like him being out a good chunk of the preseason and maybe start of the season?), he could be completely irrelevant.

Don't be fooled. They're still facing vanilla even if it's the first team. This smells like a 4-6 win team to me, and the defense is better than the offence.

Like Yeldon though. He was a first round dynasty pick for me this year. I like volume guys and the line should be better.

I will reiterate my prediction that Chandler will be a top 10 te for at least two weeks this year. I recommend the NYJ game.

Dobson, on the other hand, should probably be cut. He won't, but he should be.

NE defense gonna be better than people expect. Love the addition of Sheard, and the linebackers are looking really sharp.
