Like congratulations, you've got 600sq feet all to yourself, I hope that low mortgage is worth the inability to ever live comfortably with another human being for as long as you own it. I lived on a boat for 8 months. Having to manually pump to get your piss and poo poo out of the toilet is no fun what-so-loving-ever. Doubly so when you've contracted food poisoning. But at least there was a toilet, which means it's still better than a van!
