imo you should be able to do around 20+ before adding weight

being able to lift your own weight many times like that seems pretty useful vs lifting slightly more than your body weight a few times, but like that other guy said, what are your goals and do you plan on climbing around on stuff good

Actuaöly just make sure that youre doing tje pullups with good technique. Badly done pullups are easy to do , correct omes are much harder so some people trick themselves into thinkong that they are bosshog at pullups

Anybody ever get any sudden sharp cramps in the platysma? That's the muscle that covers the front of the neck and gives you the turtle head look when you clench hard. Seems to happen more often after I exercise, it comes on if I do an awkward neck motion while opening my jaw.
