My current fave thing is just roaming the countryside scanning every single human I encounter and then finding a way to Fulton anyone with a c or better in a stat. Surprising number of enemies seem to have ???? Skills as well which vary from useless to maybe really cool.

Why do I have a 0% chance to Fulton mortars? The balloon just automatically pops (because of my 0% chance I guess) When do I get the stuff from the preorder? I like being barebones equipment-wise and having to carefully use all my gear but I really want that Windburger revolver. I can see something like it in my weapons research tab but I don't have the research team for it? Is that the same weapon also why do I have to go to work now?

But that's like saying a 8/10 as opposed to the rest being 10/10 is 'lovely'. Basically this game is freaking sick and I can't put it down. I'm already halfway through Africa.

also I think I'm missing something with Quiet. all she does is hop on the closest cliff when we drop in, and then proceeds to never leave it. I can try talking to her and stuff but it doesn't do anything and I'll go halfway across the map and she still won't budge
