So you get 1.76*1600 which comes out at 2816. Compare it with the "eDPI" column in a spreadsheet like this. Now you'll see some crazy outliers but in general people are playing at sub 1400. So you're at least double of what's considered the fastest competitive sensitivity. What's up with LEGIJA and his 1.3 metres/360? If someone gets behind him does he just give up?

I know exactly why players do it, but I still think it's dumb as gently caress that pros buy a 24 inch Ben Q monitor and set CSGO to 800x600 stretch resolution. gently caress that poo poo, I'm gonna keep scrubbing it up at my native 1080p, shooting at the tiny heads. I'll never be a pro.

It really should be said that settings are mostly a prefference. I got up to lem with 1600 dpi @ 1 ingame sensitivty and I try hard every game. Whatever you are comfortable with and what works for you induvidually is probably best for you. That being said, lower your sensitivty.

I enjoy playing dust2 after five games in a row on mirage. I have had to play so much goddamn mirage lately I think cloud9 would veto a 1v5 against me on it. (okay, maybe not, but still, C9 needs to learn mirage and I need to get something else for a change, game)

I feel like I've hit a wall in terms of improving at cs and I'm not sure if it's me or my hardware. I've been hovering between MGE/DGM recently and I'm struggling to do well in soloqueue games. I feel like I lose a lot of engagements that I shouldn't; I'll be holding what should be an advantageous angle but I'll get peeked and killed anyway. It often feels like my shots don't connect or that other people are faster than me at reacting. Basically I'm asking how much difference does ping/fps make? I usually have 100-150 ping and 40-50 fps, is this a problem or should I just play more dm etc.
