gelatin is a really good thickener for pan sauces, gravies, and good for adding volume and solidity to matzo balls and meatballs and dumplings without taking away moisture. keep gelatin in your cupboard even if you are not going to make hannibal ouroboros fish aspic

I'm calling bullshit. I'm betting this person made a peanut butter sandwich, took a few bites, opened it, added ranch, closed it to spread it around and opened it again for the pic. The distribution of ranch is just too perfectly distanced from any edges to make me think that a bite of PB+Ranch was actually taken. 0/10. Did not eat.
