Did LT-15 for the T-55A the other day in my amx 13 57, ended up being a 2500xp game non-doubled and a lot of fun. The 13 57 is probably my favourite light tank, the combination of insane camo, ridiculous 520+m viewrange and silly-yet-effective popgun make it really great. Dumping a clip into someone at full speed also sounds incredible with the gun sound mod I'm currently using (WWIIHWA) http://wotreplays.com/site/2137125#stats

 Got not one but two ram kills in this battle after being stuck on the mission for a few days. I bounced a Rhoomba shot off my side armor and rammed him going downhill, then barely tapped a Jpz4 at low health for another ram. Fuckin' sweet.

They were a little chillier toward my offers to proof their forum posts for gold as part of their clan's putative PR department, and generally was knocked on the back foot about my demands for a coherent clan culture that would engender the idea their personal treehouse would last beyond midterms. I have intel on their callers and command structure if anyone is interested though. Don't bother being interested. Clearly, the comet is the only tier 7 light that can carry. What do people think of the meta in rampage modes? Fuelled by scrubs like me driving tier 10 rental IS-7s/AMX 50 Bs/T-62As I think it's a bouncy brawler fast heavy like the IS-4 that should come out on top. If anyone has chinese tier 10s, you need to play the limited game modes because you will probably clear right up and make a profit. Having three lives is like having three bites of the apple to apply your superior skill.

Had some of the best games with the missions to kill two higher tier (is it higher tier or specifically one tier higher? It hasn't come up but it just sounds so spiteful to limit it to Tn+1) TDs in my mediums. Constant top tier games and games without t10 TDs to ruin my t9 mediums.

The IS-4 isn't fast, it isn't bouncy, and it's a bad brawler due to having an abominably weak lower front that I have never, ever had trouble penning pre- or post-HD model. The free-for-all mode is basically tier 10 mediums because APCR is cheap, and the Batchat ruling them all due to being able to clip an enemy dead, hit a repair point, and get a full clip and full HP to clip someone else. I also use the 907 and 140 because finding some poor loving 50B after they clipped is too beautiful. 50B is great with APCR but with just AP it's too risky fighting IS-7s at a distance and being unable to run away after leaving the enemy with 600 HP left isn't great. I haven't played the team version because holy poo poo those people were dumb as hell when it was limited to those rental tanks only. The amount of people who would literally sit stationary on a particular cap circle that had already been taken, waiting for that 90 second countdown, and wouldn't move and became easy bomber bait was astounding. gently caress those people for ruining fun.

good news/bad news bad news is I unlocked and purchased the 183 this morning; what a piece of poo poo good news is I found a way to turn that lemon into lemonade: I one-shot a red T34 as a battle started, did 1100 damage to his red IS-3 platoon-mate who caught on fire and burned under 200, then one-shot the orange tiger II that turned around to investigate. and I got to quit playing tanks for an hour! To be fair though, at least the KVs have some modicum of functional armor. The O-I's armor, while just as thick on paper, stops absolutely nothing above tier 3. The SU-85 had it for a long time, too. It was pretty great one shotting tier 3 and 4 tanks and really let you hang with the big kids during the days before you could only see tanks two tiers above or below you.

This game sometimes...I got an (almost) 2 for 1 kill shot on a KV-1s with a T67 sitting too close to it which caught a hilarious 200+ splash damage. I have either awful games in this tank (they were all awful before I grinded out the derp gun) and hilarious games like this. I looked back over my history, and it turns out that my highest win rates are with British armour. I think, considering how slow the Matilda is, that means my team was winning the game before I could rush in and gently caress everything up.
