Our new batch of fosters is getting closer to make weight/being adoptable! Tink being camera shy. Tink milkin' it. Also, my fiancee did a great job getting the room ready for them, tons of nice little blankets and towels to cuddle on. Of course, the kittens ended up finding their own drat sleepy place. A big ol tupperware bucket we just happened to leave on a very high up shelf. Should've known.

Every time I see something like this it just makes me want a pet tiger. I know its a terrible idea for any number of very real reasons. On the other hand, giant kitty snuggles.

This is cute until you remember Kookaburra's are carnivorous and don't eat seeds. He's hanging out and looking non-threatening to size up his own potential lunch.

And that's why the rainbow lorikeets are literally crawling out of the woodwork to pester him in the most endearingly petty ways. Long as I'm posting gifs I made, have a gander at a bird who is so excited to be at parking lot that he talks nonsense in his mumbly voice. The way he and his owner interact is so cute.

Something different for a change of pace: There's this Norwegian guy who does heavy metal covers of all kinds of pop music hits and puts them up on Youtube. I know heavy metal isn't usually considered uplifting (let alone cute), but there's just something about this guy's performance and antics that always cheers me up. He's clearly having a blast and just seems like such an amiable guy. Here's his cover of the Ghostbusters theme where he has his little daughter along dressed as a ghost and it's just the cutest thing eventhough I'm not much of a kid person. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hF39e_hnFb8

Ive been diagnosed in 2013 and so far it havent affected my life much, just some slightly unpleasant symptoms. Of course, it can be mildly or not so much, it varies a lot. But at least she can hope it can be not so bad for her too. She is probally already getting some kind of treatment, but tell her to get a lot of sun (many studies are saying it helps) and maybe smoke some pot (some new studies say it can help too). And have cat hug:
