What I'd really like to do is make shepherd's pie. the version I had growing up was p much just meatloaf with corn and mashed potatoes on top, never had it with sheep or whatever meat youre supposed to use

What I usually do with my meatloaf is wrap it in Bacon before I cook it, and remove the bacon afterwards. This ends up giving the meatloaf a bacon flavor, and gives my brother who isn't a huge fan of meatloaf, a thing to eat on meatloaf nights.

I'm already reading 19 Days and Mosspaca Advertising Department so I should really pick up Tamen de Gushi to follow that whole art team. I love how Old Xian draws dudes though.

I lived on a farm and we raised sheep for a while (mostly for 4H) and my mother is a terrible cook so when we'd put a lamb in the freezer she managed to cook it somehow in the worst, awful way. Now just the scent of lamb makes me want to hurl.

I've only ever made meatloaf out of beef. Maybe I'll try mixing it one day, but idk how I feel about changing that drastically.
