I'm not sure where sourcemod looks to fill the admin map menu by default, so you'll have to look at the SM documentation yourself. Mine doesn't automatically enter warmup mode if I turn on goonpug, so no one can actually join a team. I tried to recompile to get any updates like the readme said and I get a bunch of errors. It doesn't really matter that much since sub.io is working again, but I was doing it more to learn stuff.
