It has also become a thing amongst concert crowds in Denmark, unfortunately. It's at its worst at Roskilde Festival every year, where the various encore chants when the acts leave the stage after completing most of their sets have all been replaced by that idiotic song. This year, the MC of the main stage of the festival asked the audience to come up with some new material as everone was tired of it. Thirty minutes later, while waiting for Pharrell, people started chanting it again...
