Nope, but unless it was a low volume car and/or an audi, you should have a pretty good part supply for 20 years or so.

I have student loans (1.6k a month towards a 130k debt). That eats up all of my monthly pay and part of his. I don't regret the investment, I made more than my mother straight out of school, and she's been working 40 years.

:cry:We have a mortgage (3k a month for a 530k house, cheapest we could find that didn't need major repairs). This rescued us from 4k rent in North San Jose (basically burning money, it wasn't going towards equity). We live in a crappy school district right near the freeway. The only silver lining is low crime.

:cry:We also have two car payments (because there's no way to take public transport to work, 1k a month total), insurance payments and utility bills. That takes up the bulk of his paycheck.

Basically get over yourself, with that money they could have absolutely found a small apartment for under $2k/month, paid off the college loan debt and/or aggressively save, oh and also maybe buy some lovely econo boxes instead of blowing your load on car notes.

Again poo poo like that just makes me think that the amount of coin kids get charged for university fees over there is completely insane. Also house prices are retarded in places but apparently now she lives in Santa Clara next door to where she works (Netgear HQ) so she doesn't 'need' a car anymore. That'll be saving them both some cash.

Some sort of Tesla, Ford GT, Icon Bronco, and I think a AMG S65 coupe. GT guy has an Elenor clone and a Raptor as well. There's a new black Alpina 7 series behind and to the right of me usually but he was out to lunch.

I love these guys. They both work for the same company and daily drive these every day, rain or shine, I thought that was pretty awesome. There's some other fun stuff in there but I was in a hurry getting back from lunch.

I think it's a pair of V8s running through a custom diff and axle to turn that giant wooden wheel, though after that I have no idea. It doesn't look like it attaches to the drivetrain anywhere.

I don't understand how $1600 a month eats up all her pay and part of his, when she says five figures does she mean working for minimum wage? That's $400 a week net to pay the loans but I'm sure that was worth the $130k debt and making more than her mom who apparently works in a sweatshop.

I got my New Fit about six months ago, so be patient I guess. I suppose it would have been coolest if they had matched the color of the model to the color of my car, but that seems like asking a lot. The little model also has a pullback feature like a toy car.
