It's only serving to further the narrative that the Fed has lost credibility -- though really, it lost control long ago. Toward the end of the speech, she faltered, later receiving medical attention for “dehydration.” Whatever the reason, she looked bad. Above is the isolated clip. Random stuff:

Pope Stephen IV dug up a previous pope and put the corpse on trial - a refreshing reality TV concept that would have made the visit to Washington a lot more exciting.
