I've been desperately trying to find a goal scored by a player who was about to be substituted and was limping off the pitch when he unexpectedly received the ball about 25 yards out. He smacked the ball into the net and then continued walking off. iirc it was Adrian Ilie for Romania playing in European Championship but I'm really not sure. Maybe he only hit the crossbar?
