Such a weird world where the trolls can attack other people from the corners of the internet and try to gain notoriety or prop themselves up. I pay them no heed. I can see what is going on, I can read between lines, and I can see what is going on without turning into a troll to get information. So.. I really don't care who says what on what web page from what obscure person the source was. I don't think having to openly respond to trolls as something CIG should do or worry about nor waste time bothering themselves over.

I still don't understand why these smear campaign ever gain traction. It's completely without evidence. Let's be clear about evidence: you need it to say something with certainty, whether its good or bad.. People concerned the game may not finish are entitled to be concerned; I cannot, nor can anyone. say with 100% certainty the game will finish or by when. I can say I THINK it will finish, I BELIEVE it will be good, but these are also not certainties. When it comes to evidence in full public view, there is a huge amount of work accomplished by CIG: take that as you will, but at least its a verifiable, playable fact. What is in the future, even if you are supporting CIG, is speculation. But so is Derek Smart's bullshit, and it seems clear to me that CIG has awfully more in the "work done" category than DS makes it out to be.
