Watching the movie while I had a fever a couple of years ago was a really loving weird experience. The constant deja vu and actually predicting elements from the story really made me question my sanity until a couple of days later I vaguely started remembering I might've read the book. Once I looked up the Dutch title and recognized it it sort of clicked even though I still have no actual memory of reading it.
