Believe we still do, but this is referring to the new day-long breakfast menu. McGriddles are not available on the extended breakfast menu. We also can choose from both McMuffins and Biscuits before the lunch menu. The map only describes what remains available after the lunch menu kicks in.

Busan has moved quite far west and been replaced in its original location with Taigu, a city which does not exist. The internet says Taigu is a Chinese restaurant in Wisconsin. Seoul has also migrated to the interior.

E: I suppose Taigu could be Daegu if you take the name Daegu in Chinese characters, then use Wade-Giles to romanize the first character using the Cantonese pronunciation, but use modern Korean romanization on the Hangeul of the second syllable. And then combine them. And then put it where Busan is. Seems like a lot of effort to be wrong.

For me, these mostly highlight my own inadequacy in geolocating cities that aren't in the glorious US of A. I'm sure these are just as hilarious as the one that puts St. Louis east-northeast of Louisville, but it's making me realize I still don't know where most of these cities actually are in their countries, especially in East Asia.

Chengdu is also way too far east.

This was a globe from a friend's classroom in Korea. He noticed it appeared to have a sticker on it.

So he peeled it off to see the original globe.

I love that the sticker looks custom made for this globe, and you can still see bits of original, actual size Japan poking out from under the sticker with Tiny Japan.

That globe also appears to show Taiwan as part of China, and there appears to be a dashed line extending far south into the South China Sea. Oh, I wonder what that could ever mean.

The Korean classroom globe that was apparently made in China called it Sea of Japan, must be some Sino-Japanese conspiracy against Korea to force such an illegitimate name upon the world.
