You're still at a disadvantage over 4 mans but you can really use the faster respawn to meat grinder if you're coordinated. Also you definitely need invincible specials. I was using a Splattershot Jr. with Comeback, 2 main Fast Respawns, and 5 sub Special Savers while Roflfox was using the .96 Gal Deco (easily one of the best ranked weapons) and Lioness was using a Tentatek Splattershot. We won two games, fought one game to overtime with a lead before losing, and fought most of the rest of the several games to time (Rainmaker on Port Mackerel and Camp Triggerfish). I feel like it forces me to play better, too. Yeah that was a lot of fun and I think I lost more rank when we played 4 man today than I did in 3 yesterday, haha.

Always interesting to see gimmick loadouts every now and then; this squid just went 11/1 against us on Walleye (we lost). My team were getting two/three-shot by her Burst Bombs, squid was crazy accurate with them. Incidentally, a while back on Moray, a squid with the exact same loadout threw a Splat Bomb from that one sniper's perch to another and blew me up cause I couldn't process she could throw it that far.

Japan had it's Squid vs Octo Splatfest, and Squid won. Is that a good thing? I don't know. Anyway, they released the MVP results, and interestingly the MVP on the winning side used the Bamboozler of all things. I guess I'll have to give that gun a serious run sometime.

Welp, just went 19/0 on Hammerhead with a Custom Blaster, beating out my 17/0 record with a Splatterscope on Walleye and 17/0 with a 3K Scope on Blackbelly, and I've only got +140,000p on this thing compared to the +900,000p on my rifles.
