I might be taking it wrong but is Season of Infamy just adding more Most Wanted Missions? Like if you start up a base game with the expansion you'll have get the sidequests too? Going to make my eventual Batman 66 playthrough even funner

Yeah, I read it as just new most wanted in the main game, but the line regarding the crashed airship with Croc made me think post main game is a possibility. I mean it doesn't have to be one of Staggs, but I can see it being, and you need access to them till after Riddler.

Either he gets out and causes it to crash, or the ship crashes on its own allowing him to escape. Did not know this, something to try when I get home. Which one is it?

Ah neat; I had skimmed through the stories and never made the connection Croc was probably on the airship. Hell, I didn't even recall it was Staggs men who attacked him. I do seem to recall most of the 'stories' for the other 3 characters had a, still around, but biding their time vibe going for them too, so I'd assume it's all going to be some sort of post main game content for them.

I'm noticing a pattern with PC players typing the words "at the end of the month..." in this thread. No, but really it sucks you guys got hosed. At least you actually had an option to get a refund. PSN could sell an app that just melts your PS4 and they'd tell you to gently caress yourself if you asked for your money back.

Getting all the boost upgrades seemed to make those missions easier for me, to the point that I wonder if there's an undocumented increase to your baseline speed. Before I started playing (like a month ago) I read a recommendation to spend most of my early points on the batmobile, which seemed to work really well in general.

If they're adding all those side-missions from the Season of Infamy pack to the main game, does that mean they're now part of the Knightfall protocol for anyone who hasn't beaten the game or are they just optional? Or are they going to get other voice actors to reprise their roles just for the DLC? I doubt Mark Hamill's coming back as Hallucination Joker just to say a couple of lines about Freeze or Mad Hatter.

I enjoyed the APC side missions as they were a million times more fun that crabwalking around shooting drones for never-ending minutes on end, and sideslamming escorts out of the way was always pretty satisfying. But really, the missions do make the sad point that the APC is actually overall a better vehicle than the Batmobile--it's generally much faster, it corners like a dream, and takes a respectable amount of damage. redbackground fucked around with this message at 03:30 on Oct 18, 2015 |

 Croc, ol' buddy ol' pal, you uh... You have put on some weight there man. You're getting a little flabby around the middle and I can't even begin to count those chins. Plus you look like you rolled in broken glass. Meanwhile, Ra's looks like a literal zombie and Freeze's suit looks more like an astronauts get up than the slick outfit he had back in AC. Tetch is just.. whatever. Nobody can keep a consistent design for Tetch in any medium. And what's up with everybody but Freeze having the same beady yellow eyes? When did Tetch and Ra's acquire reptile eyes? Does Freeze have them too behind his goggles? This banner is rear end.

Ra's having goofy eyes I can understand, due to all the Lazarus Pit fuckery. Tetch I've got no idea but he sure does still have his identifying hat. Maybe he's secretly Copperhead. Either way the whole banner does seem to fit in with the game's promotional art direction. Which is to say not great but at least they're sticking with a theme.
