So this hurricane is hitting Mexico and we don't even have an ambassador because Marco Rubio is holding up the process. He doesn't like the nominee because they support our detente with Cuba. Meanwhile there are going to be a ton of fatalities and even more people displaced and possibly looking to cross the border. If Trump plays this right he could regain a lot of support not just with Hispanics but also with people who think he doesn't have heart, but he has to be careful. It's a high risk high reward situation that I'm not sure he wants to involve himself in this early in the race. He has a chance to show that he is more humane toward Hispanics than Marco Rubio himself though, so I think he should take the chance.
