This guy saw that cartoon, went 'I wish that was me as a cool knight fighting a dragon, except my dragon would be SJWs!' and so loved the idea that he paid the artist to make it for him. It's basically a self-insert fan comic.

Here in the bay area I have heard "the Gaytriarchy" used to refer to the cis, white, well-off gay men that don't concern themselves much with any LGBT folks who are none of those things. ...oh! Maybe he's saving it from the Dragon of Diversity?

So basically all you need to understand about Milo is that he's a sociopath, who is willing to say or do anything in order to carve out a particular niche as the champion of internet hatemongers.
