Unless you're specifically trying to mess with people's heads, this illustrates quite nicely my point in an earlier post about how you should straighten images by verticals in the centre of the image, not verticals at the edges or the horizontals. Alternatively, use the perspective adjustment tools (this would benefit a lot from that) or keep tweaking until the picture as a whole feels level.

Edit: Try something like:
  • Distortion: -2
  • Vertical: -2
  • Horizontal: +2
  • Rotate: -0.7
