I like the current spin -- that Diggle's brother wasn't really a hero, and did some horrible poo poo -- but I have a feeling more "secret documents" will be found at some point which will explain that no, he really was a good guy, but forced to do bad things for Good Cause. Or maybe he was a HIVE agent who started to have doubts and wanted to come clean, and was assassinated. Or something along those lines.

I'm just kinda worried that the crossover will be so focused on setting up LoT that there won't be a whole lot of actual Arrow/Flash content to the episode. Hopefully I'm wrong, though. Image is hype, though.

I don't think you are wrong there - we have already had the setup episodes on both shows, the Flash one was pretty much a right off, the Arrow one about 50/50, so I think the focus will be on the new show.
